Inside the WodPod app reach for the Program Stores section (middle tab) and browse all the
programs available. Once you spotted the one you want just tap on it a start the download.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION EVERY MONTH?
Not at all!. You can choose the program you want and pay just once. You will be able to use that
program all the times you want, without any further payments.
WHAT IS CHALLENGE TRAINING?
Challenge Training is about completing all the repetitions and rounds in the least amount of time.
Time
tracking allows users to compare performances and challenge themselves (defeating the Ghost time) or
friends.
WHAT IS INTERVAL TRAINING?
Interval Training is about alternating exercise and rest for given amounts of time.
During workout
execution both a single movement timer and an overall timer are shown.
WHAT IS THE GHOST?
GHOST is the time based on your previous performances that let you know how intense you are
working out. If you are faster than the ghost, you know you are training just fine! The more workouts you
complete, the more accurate it gets.
I HAVE “MASTERED” A WORKOUT. WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
Any time you complete a workout faster than the ghost, it means you have mastered it. You get a
special green badge and all our kudos!
HOW DO I COMPLETE OR MASTER AN ENTIRE PROGRAM?
When you have completed all the workouts at least once, you have completed the training program and
are ready to move on. In order to master the program you need to master each single workout.
